Refund policy

This refund policy applies to all purchases made through AURYVA.

Our products are personal care items that come into direct contact with the skin. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

• The product arrives damaged 
• The product is defective upon arrival

In such cases, customers must contact us within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Products that have been opened, used, or altered
• Products without original packaging

Return shipping costs

All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
