Shipping policy

All orders placed with AURYVA are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once you order has been processed and shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains tracking information, which might take 24-48 hours to update.

Estimated shipping times are 5-10 business within the United States and 7-12 days on international orders, though delivery times may vary due to factors out of our control such as carrier delays, customs processing, holidays and weather conditions.

AURYVA is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when you place an order, as AURYVA cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address and reshipping fees might apply.
